Our Story

Ever since I can remember I have loved books and reading. When I had my first son he was born at 29 weeks and spent 72 days in the NICU. One of my favorite things to do when I couldn't hold him was read to him. After he came home reading continued to be one of our favorite activities to do together. I found that the more books I had accessible and visible, the more he was interested in reading. When I started building up our book library, I realized that picking out books for holidays and displaying was a fun creative challenge for me. Now that I have three kids and thousands of books in my children's book library, I wanted to share my passion with everyone! Bookshelf Magic Co was created as a way to simplify the book buying process for busy parents, grandparents, family, and friends.
